DELIVERY POLICY

We will endeavour to send order out the same day it is placed by free of charge 2nd class post or small packet airmail outside UK

REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

We will grant a full refund or issue a replacement to the same value for items found to be defective, providing we are notified within a one month period of receipt of goods and upon us receiving said defective goods back. by return post.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled by customer as long as we are notified before 4.00pm on the day the order is placed, i.e. before we have sent the orders out on that days post.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Although the site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed or referenced in the site may be available to all persons or in all geographic locations. BGO Records reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any product or service to any person or geographic area it so desires. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement are expressly canceled. BGO Records may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the site entitled "Legal Notices" or "Legal Information" (or similar title) before the modification takes effect.
